About your trainer
Hi, I’m Meghan! I’m not your average coach.
I didn’t grow up knowing how to lift a barbell or knowing how to love my body. I was regularly told that I’m too fat or too skinny, even though my weight never changed. My body dysmorphia and insecurities started at a very young age, running so deep that I avoided photos, special events and everything in between.
I also lived with chronic pain that left me exhausted. Being dismissed regularly by family and healthcare professionals because of my gender, age, and appearance. At 20, I was told I had arthritic symptoms, while the majority of my complaints remained unheard. Over a decade later, I was finally diagnosed with Systemic Scleroderma, a rare autoimmune disease with no roadmap, no cure, and no clear answers from doctors other than, “stay healthy.”
I did what most people don’t, I turned my breakdown into my blueprint. When your body betrays you, every drop of energy counts. Overcoming my intimidation of the gym was my first step. Somewhere between survival mode and strength training, I realized I had a choice. I could get the help I needed to overcome my insecurities, stop settling in a life I wasn’t happy in and take full responsibility for my health.
I stopped chasing weight loss and started chasing what I was actually after - peace, power, and proof that I was stronger than the story I was handed. I learned everything I could about food and exercise to care for my own body. I now train with purpose, eat with freedom, and modify with intention. Exercise and nutrition gave me more than a strong body, it gave me back my life. I’m in the best shape of my life and I prioritize the most important thing – ME.
And now, I’m leading women through the same shift. Supporting you while you reclaim who you are, not what you’ve been told to be. You only get one body and one life. And I believe you deserve to feel strong and powerful enough to actually live it.
