Why I Created Rebuild YOU
Because I’ve lived the spiral.
I’ve felt like a stranger in my own body, and used to hate the way I looked and felt. I was constantly judged by the people in my life as I grew up. Naturally this led me down a path of body dysphoria and disordered eating.
I spent years stuck in vicious cycles. The all-or-nothing mindsets. The punishment workouts. The on-track/off-track thinking. And of course… the constant comparison to other women around me.
Unfortunately, we didn’t create these cycles for ourselves. We’ve been influenced since birth about what we “should” look like or what it means to be “healthy”.
Now I lead women out of that loop and into their real power.
The kind of power that’s visible in and out of the gym and show in the way you move, speak and carry yourself.
The kind that turns discipline into devotion and wellness into a lifestyle.

One size does not fit all. We review what foods you are currently eating and create a roadmap to get you to your desired goals. No foods are off limits, but you will learn how to build balance so your nutrition aligns with your goals and fits into your current lifestyle.
Personalized Workout Programs
I personally build your workout programs for your body and design it around the equipment you have access to. Don’t worry, if you’re not ready for the gym atmosphere, I’ve got you covered with body weight exercises. But I will have you walking into the gym with confidence in no time.
