For years, I hated my own body and felt like a stranger in my own skin.
The body dysmorphia and disordered eating that started in childhood followed me into my 30s. I lived in cycles of restrictive diets, punishment workouts, and “I’ll start again Monday.”

I trusted everyone else’s opinions over my own — letting other people’s insecurities dictate what I should eat and how I should train.

Ironically, my breakthrough came when I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease, Systemic Scleroderma.
That diagnosis forced me to stop obsessing over aesthetics and finally focus on what true health meant for me. And when I did? The results I had been chasing for years finally came.

I rebuilt everything: my strength, my relationship with food, and the way I showed up for myself.
Now I help women do the same — through proven systems that blend structure, sustainability, and self-trust.
